2026 SILVER MEDAL (American & International Pilsners), Texas Craft Brewers Cup - This golden Pale Lager is created by reproducing the soft water profile found in Pilsen. The malt is supported with massive amounts of Czech Saaz hops! (4.8% ABV)

Our award-winning Czech Pilsner, aged in a Sotol barrel for an added layer of bold character. Crisp, delicious, and aggressively balanced. Perfectly poured in our stemless glassware. 4.8% ABV

Brewed to celebrate 15 years of great beer and even better company. This crisp, clean American lager features Crystal hops for a subtle citrus aroma and flavor, balanced by a touch of corn for a smooth, refreshing finish. Easy-drinking, approachable, and made for raising a glass to the next chapter. (5.6% ABV)

Lightly dry-hopped with notes of passionfruit and citrus with a crisp and smooth finish, this crushable lager is swimming in summertime vibes! (4.7% ABV)

2025 GOLD MEDAL ~ Fredericksburg Beer Festival - Specialty IPA's / We loaded this Chronic, West Coast IPA with a massive amount of Centennial, Chinook, Columbus, and Citra hops. Its then finished off some Acapulco Gold terpenes creating the most Icky Sticky, Stanky Danky, Dopest IPA this side of Rocky Mountains. Ooh Wee! **Does NOT Contain THC** (6.0% ABV)

Hopped with Mountain West grown Idaho 7 and Citra hops, this otherworldly IPA blasts off with Juicy, Tropical, Mango and Citrus flavor and aroma. It is roped in with 65 IBU's of orange, and lemony bitterness of a time-honored, classic west coast IPA. (6.83% ABV)

Brewed with European heritage Vienna Malt, lending notes of caramelized sugar and toasted whole grain bread. This copper colored lager has a creamy yet dry finish. (5.3% ABV)

Rye, Dark Roasted Malts, and an expressive Weizen Yeast create a perfectly balanced Ale with a flavor profile of whole grain Rye Bread, Cocoa, Cloves and a hint of Banana. (5.5% ABV)

Brewed with traditional Scottish ingredients including heirloom Malted Barley, this Scotch Ale is big and malty with a deep ruby color. Honestly, the perfect winter sip for Texas - just right! (7.0% ABV)
